SMS Terms & Conditions

Terms governing text messages sent by ClearView Observability, including opt-in, opt-out, frequency, and carrier disclosures.

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the text messaging program operated by ClearView Observability LLC (“ClearView,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

ClearView Observability sends transactional and operational text messages to individuals who have provided express consent to receive them. Typical messages include:

  • Assessment scheduling and reminders
  • Project coordination and engagement updates
  • Account-related notifications and customer-service replies
  • Responses to inquiries you have initiated

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from ClearView Observability by:

  • Providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting on our contact form or other ClearView-operated form
  • Providing your mobile number and consent in writing during the engagement intake process
  • Texting a published keyword to a ClearView short code or long code when offered

By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number you provided is yours and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the nature of your engagement with ClearView. You should expect messages only when relevant to inquiries you have made or services you are receiving.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard rates for text messages and data apply to messages sent to and from ClearView. Check your mobile plan for details. ClearView does not charge a fee to participate in this program.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will no longer receive text messages from that program. If you want to opt back in, you must opt in again using one of the methods in Section 2.

6. Help (HELP)

For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a message containing contact information for customer support. You can also reach support directly at support@cvollc.com or through our contact page.

7. Supported Carriers

The text messaging program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers at all times.

8. Privacy

Information you provide in connection with the text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to participate in this program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may modify or terminate the text messaging program, or these SMS Terms, at any time, with or without notice. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by text message before they take effect.
